How long does a migration take?
That depends on the number of mailboxes and the amount of data. The move is planned so that work is interrupted as little as possible.
Is data in Microsoft 365 backed up automatically?
Microsoft ensures the availability of the service, but this does not replace your own backup. A separate Microsoft 365 backup is available for that.
What does a password manager offer?
Secure, unique passwords for every service – without having to remember them. Shared access can be shared within the team in a controlled way.
